Every business is a little different, which is why you decide how to use your monthly time. Some months we spend it talking strategy. Other months I'm behind the scenes making updates. Most months, it's a little of both.

Every month, you'll have dedicated time reserved just for your business.
You can meet with me over coffee to talk strategy, or if you already know what you need, you can send your updates by email. We can also use your time to talk through what’s new in your business, then I can make the website updates that help reflect those changes.
Because I already know your business and your website, we can spend less time getting up to speed and more time making meaningful progress.

If your website is built on WordPress, your Website Care Plan also includes the technical care that helps keep your website (and my computer) safe, secure and running smoothly.
This includes:

- Twice-weekly security updates
- Daily website backups
- 90 days of backup storage

How much does this cost?
The Website Care Plan is $175 per month with a six-month minimum commitment.
You’ll have dedicated time reserved each month for strategy, website updates, or a combination of both. If your website is built on WordPress, technical care and security are also included.
Because every website is different, we’ll start with a Coffee Chat to make sure this is the right fit. If your website is new to my care or has been off plan for more than three months, a one-time clean-up may be needed before monthly support begins.

Your monthly time can be used for website updates, design improvements, content changes, strategy discussions, or a combination of those things. We'll decide together how to make the best use of your time each month.
Perhaps... We'll start with a Coffee Chat so I can learn more about your website and make sure we're a good fit. Depending on the current condition of your website, a one-time clean-up may be recommended before monthly support begins.
Nope! The Website Care Plan is available for WordPress, Squarespace, and Shopify websites. WordPress clients also receive ongoing security and maintenance as part of their plan.
Screen-to-Screen in a coffee chat, or mail is the best way to reach me for updates and questions. Emails helps us keep everything organized and gives us a record we can easily refer back to.
You get priority time on my calendar each month that clients outside of my care plan don’t have access to. I’d love to let everyone build up a bank of hours, but to be fair to all of my care plan clients, monthly time does not roll over.
Having someone to take care of quick changes and updates to my website is a dream come true. It lets me focus on the other things in my business that only I can take care of and is so much easier than me trying to "figure it all out" myself!
