Few people approach grief with the dignity, vulnerability, and grace that Nicole Schmidt brings to her work.
What began as “Letters to My Husband,” written during her late husband’s cancer diagnosis and treatment, grew into something much bigger—an honest, heartfelt conversation about love, loss, and the ongoing journey of living through the “Schmidts” of grief.
When Nicole came to me in 2021, she needed a website that could hold her words with the same care she pours into them. A place where her writing, resources, and coaching could reach the people who need them most. Together, we created a WordPress site that feels 100% Nicole. It reflects her story and invites others to share their own.
The design is simple yet intentional, keeping the focus on her voice, because that’s where her gift lies. Whether through her blog, coaching practice, or soon to be published book, the site gives her a platform to expand her impact while staying true to the authenticity her audience already loves.
The Priorities:
- Developing a brand look and feel that intimately captured the work Nicole does.
- Create a safe, supportive online space that reflects Nicole’s voice and vision
- Build a flexible foundation that could grow with her coaching, writing, and podcasting goals
- Keep the design warm and approachable while professional and easy to navigate
- Develop an online learning environment to offer supportive materials and resources to Nicole's clients
