Like many of you, as a new entrepreneur, I built my first website myself. What promised to be a beautiful website and hassle-free website design in a matter of hours, turned into weeks of intense frustration, irritation, and confusion. Fast forward to today, I made it my mission to find a better way. Trying 100s of themes, templates, and website builders, and undergoing dozens of rebrands and design reiterations - I created a branding and website design process that gets results.
What's in my cup?
While I love coffee, and am known to sip a little whiskey (especially Old Fashions) and red wine. During the day water is usually what I am sipping. A lady needs to stay hydrated after all.
My guilty pleasure?
Cocktail hour! There is nothing quite like enjoying a drink with conversation and my favorite people. Add in a good scotch or a little bourbon and a Fat Bottom Betty cigar and life couldn't be any sweeter. And I feel NO GUILT about any of these!
What do I appreciate the most?
Creating life by my own set of rules. Quiet time on my own to just be. Add in the hubby, kids Thatcher and Tianna, my pups, kitties, and ninja chickens and I have a pretty amazing life!
What's on my playlist?
I am a lover of all music and have quite the eclectic taste, but you can generally find a little Pitbull, George Strait, Stevie Nicks, and Eminem coming through my speakers.
Favorite place to be?
The beach! Growing up on the Gulf of Mexico I fell in love with the surf, sand, and pelicans. Today I live a good two day's drive away from my beach, but I get there as often as I can!
And I love our new porch at our house in South Dakota! It is so lovely and peaceful, and I can sit out there for hours. Plus it is an awesome place to take a nap!
Favorite things to do?
I love to cook and learn how to master new recipes. From French Macarons to Argentinian Empanadas, I am always cooking up something. It's what my kids call my love language!

Kara Huenink
Almost always behind the scenes, Kara makes sure things run smoothly each and every week. From taking care of the weekly security updates and testing for each website in our Customer Care Plan, to sending out monthly communications so we can maintain 100% transparency with our clients. Every team needs a Kara!
What's in my cup?
Black Rifle Coffee Hazelnut is my morning go to. For an afternoon pick me up you'll see me sipping a Coke Zero or water (I have to have my water!) And when the day is done you might just find me enjoying Margarita or a beer with green olives!
My guilty pleasure?
I love warm chocolate cake with butter, and kayaking to work off those chocolate cake calories. I also love making a ton of food for friends and family and not eating until last. (It's a family trait I share with my brothers, LOL!)
What do I appreciate the most?
My husband. While he isn't always up for the adventures I am, he supports me in everything I do. And I love traveling now that my kids are grown. It's just easier and way more enjoyable.
What's on my playlist?
Top of my list is 90's country (lots of George Strait), but I also have a love for Gun N' Roses, Lizzo, Luke Combs and Giovannie and the Hired Guns.
Favorite place to be?
Any place warm! Although I get sunburnt easily, I'm truly my best when it's warm and the sun is shining!!
Favorite things to do?
I love to hunt, primarily bow hunting. Just being with my family and my dogs as well as traveling with my husband and getting to experience new things with him.

Faye our creative genius is the one who keeps our design projects both in house and with our clients on track. She is the creator of incredible visuals and amazing designs, and she is just getting started!
What's in my cup?
An Iced Americano. It fuels my body with the needed energy for the day. Without it, I would be a walking zombie!
My guilty pleasure?
Traveling! I love to learn more about other cultures, see new places and eat different cuisines. Let's just say it's my kind of a happy pill!
What do I appreciate the most?
I appreciate the people who have stayed in my life throughout the ups and downs. There's a few, rare individuals that have made my journey smooth sailing in this journey called life.
What's on my playlist?
R&B Soul definitely soothes my *soul*. All day, everyday on repeat.
Favorite place to be?
My favorite place to be is where my family and loved ones are. Wherever in the world I am, nothing compares to the warmth of home.
Favorite things to do?
I love to cook! Since I was 9 years old, I have been cooking for my family and now I like to experiment to come up with my own recipes.

I can't even imagine where I would be today without my bestie since the 3rd grade. Every major event in my life she has been there by my side, encouraging me, inspiring me and cheering me on, with a cup of tea, coffee or glass of whiskey at the ready!
What's in my cup?
A little hot tea for me in the mornings, and water throughout the day. I also won't say no to the occasional old fashions or margarita!
My guilty pleasure?
No guilt here, but I do love eating chocolate and French Macarons, sipping margaritas and old fashioned. Oh and I love taking naps!
What do I appreciate the most?
I appreciate silence. Silence is good.

Our ranch. My bed. At peace in my mind.

I love to meditate and do yoga, and I reall love Pure Barre workouts! (Almost to my 1000th workout!) I also enjoy being by myself, and recently discovered I love to write!
